hi i had a big lump/spot on my forehead about 3 weeks ago, the lump has gone down now but the spot is still there! well it hasnt got a head on it it just looks like a red circle! some days looks redder than others! iv left it a week just washing my face and trying not to poke at it! anyone any ideas or had 1 thats takin ages to go! getting abit worried but husband telling me it was massive so just give it time. bad health anxiety sufferer so apologies if im just sounding dramatic.
