I have been diagnosed with fibroids and IBS and have been keeping a diary for a few months. I've noticed that on at least 4 occasions if I am quite constipated or having D with bad bowel cramps I get some pink vaginal discharge. It happened again today. It is not every time I go and it's only happened once after I've had sex. I've got some cramps now after my BM but no more bleeding.
I've had a rectal exam (fine) and my last smear was fine. Scan showed fibroids one pushing on bowel but no one has biopsied these - should they be? Is this normal for fibroids? Could this be endometriosis as well?
I saw the Gp recently who was a bit concerned but also baffled. I'm aware that this is a sign of uterine or cervical cancer and now i am really worried. I've had CIN4 before years ago that was treated.
