Hey. I have had this a few times. All I did was ibuprofen and hot water bottle. Painful. I feel your pain xx

I've had this and ended up in a and e with the pain thinking I was having a heart attack so I sympathise!

Alternate paracetamol and ibuprofen every 3 hours round the clock and lots of rest. It does go eventually!

Go to the docs and get effective painkillers. I had this for two months last year, and the pain was unreal. Strong co-codamol, tramadol and naproxen just about controlled it. Thankfully it eventually went away on it's own.

Trying to be calm......it often appears really suddenly..for instance at work.I am a nurse and I have to really talk to myself (hopefully inner voice!) It can be difficult not to panic but just remember it is Costo and it will pass.

I have had it on and off for years.
