Felt rotten all day Weds. Had a couple of spectacular loo visits and felt faint. In bed shivering by 7pm.

Spent yesterday in and out of the loo. Felt sick but haven't vomited - just pooing water, pretty much.

Feel better in myself today but loo twice already- once at 1am, once just now - and have barely eaten since Wed. I'm supposed to travel to London tomorrow night for two days work. I'm not going to make it, am I?

Nope.
Sorry.
Get some dioralyte from the pharmacy.
Drink water and stay in bed.
No one will thank you for spreading that about!
When you feel like eating again stick to the brat diet...bananas, apple, rice and toast

Urrgg poor op
Just had this, one week in bed. Then fine.
Didn't eat, loads of water had to beg someone I hardly knew to pick my DD up from school with her DD.

I think toast and marmite was good and tea.
No coffee and my usual wine obvs. Water is key as it all comes out both ends.

No. Do not go into work.
Frankly, not possible! Noone will thank you for it.
