DTD1 2.3 came up in spots on the cuffs and waistband of her nappy ( across her back). No sign of any nappy rash I had put it down to maybe a reaction to nappy although we've been using that brand for ages. It's seemed to be getting better over a few days and remained localised but has now spread up her back some of the spots a bit blistery but not chicken pox. Noticed she had a swollen spot on the back of her head on one side above the the nape of her neck (lymph node maybe?) which she was scratching. Generally wellish with a slight cough, intermittent mild temp.
She has been feeding as normal, full of energy as usual but rash does look nasty. Will most likely take to GP tomorrow but any one ran into this before?
