Omg it's driving me insane but I can't get to a pharmacist until tomorrow. All I've got in the house is sudocrem. Can I slap that on??

Yoghurt ?
Something frozen, some peas/ sweetcorn in a small freezer bag ?
Sanitary pad soaked in iced water ?
