What are these bites?

DH had 3 bites on his legs that started off just small red lumps but have now started to her darker and have really swollen. He says they done hurt or itch or anything.
Does anyone know what has bite him?!!!

Perhaps a horsefly but the position they are in makes me also suspect flea bits he's had a reaction to.

I'd be looking for a mild antiseptic cream on those, and get some antihistamines into him, too.

Gawd knows what caused 'em. I'm sensitive to most biting things so could be anything if it was my leg.

They say fleas and bed bugs bite in 3s - breakfast, lunch and dinner! Could be anything though. Mossies bite my ankles but strange they're not itchy. I'd put on some antiseptic cream cos they look nasty and take an oral antihistamine.
