So not sure where this sits (on mumsnet or inside me😳).

Have just used it for the first time and although it's not uncomfortable I can definitely "feel" it.

Is that normal?

It may be too low, or it may be too hard, mooncup as a brand is a very firm cup. Earthwise girls website has a good guide to cups.

Did you remove the stem?

donkey86 · 16/06/2017 17:20

It probably needs to go a bit higher. I can't feel mine when it's in the right place.

oigetoffmycheese · 17/06/2017 07:06

I've cut a bit of the stem off and will try again. Thanks for replies.

I had to cut the stem off entirely and place it quite far up. I cant feel mine at all.

picklemepopcorn · 17/06/2017 07:55

Start by pushing it higher. Then trim the stem.

I think sometimes your body just needs to get used to it being there. I cramped for a while the first time I used mine but it resolved without needing to move it.
