Recommendations for candles

Just that
I go through candles quite frequently as I have a stoma bag and therefore is very smelly.
I do have some ££ candles in bedroom and lounge but when I change my bag in the bathroom I like to have one burning to mask the smell.
I've bought ones from H&M, Tescos which all smell nice in store but once the top layer has been burnt there is no fragrance. Angry

I don't mind spending upto £15 for a largish candle but don't want to spend more as it's only on for a max 30 mins.

Like I said I d rather not use my expensive ones.

I like fresh especially aquatic fragrances but if anyone can recommend a range please

I've also posted on another subject

does it have to be a candle? i use airwick plugins and they are amazing , you can adust the settings from 1-5.

I find for more of a fragrance hit it's better to use the wax melts in a burner, or a few drops of essential oil in water in a burner. A lot of candles I can't actually smell! Yankee candle melts can often be got on ebay in bundles for less than a £1 each.

TK Maxx usually have a good range of candles
Wax melts - I use a tea light burner. When the smell from the wax has gone you can soak it up with kitchen towel or pop it in the freezer, the wax then just slides out and you put new ones in
I only buy from here, she restocks every Friday at 7pm, they're insanely strong

If you decide to try wax melts, PM me and I will post you a couple of samples of hers free as I promise they're the stronger thing I have EVER used!

oh, sorry. in that case i 2nd the wax oil burners, they can be very strong. also lidl liquid air fresheners are good, you just twist them open and leave them Smile
