Pain before period

Hi a question for the ladies.

I am currently in a lot of discomfort with a back and tummy ache. The pain is like a real deep heavy ache that is constant. I am due on my period Friday and I do get heavy periods and sometimes cramps whilst I am actually on but have never had this.

Does anyone else get pain this far before a period? If so what helps? Ibuprofen didn't really help and I am worrying maybe it's not period related.

I am 31 and no chance of being pregnant.

I do get what feels like period pains in my tummy about three days before I come on (the only plus to this is I never get caught out). Had a bit of a scare a few years ago and they didn't find anything wrong. Alongside period pains on the first day, I also get aches in my lower back, under my bums and thighs.

Do you think you might come on early? Do you feel ill in any other way? Have you been going to the toilet normally? Try and make sure you drink plenty, you can also alternate between Ibuprofen and Paracetamol so you're taking something every two hours, it might only take the edge of it though.

I do feel a bit out of sorts (but could be where I am worrying) Also I have a weird cold like feeling inside my chest a bit like heartburn but no burn. Feel so tired and just a bit yuk!

Toilets are normal, I know I neee to drink more as only have 3 teas and a cup or 2 of water a day. Husband has managed to get me a docs appointment for later, tho I am sure they will blame it all on period related x
