Sorry not the best pic but have this rash on my neck/chest which comes and goes. Sometimes it can be very red and hot to touch especially when I'm stressed.
The rest of my skin on my chest is fine, but this area which is usually sun exposed looks a bit red blotchy when the rash is not too aggravated.
