Genital Herpes??!!

Myself & my exDP split in November, January/February whilst having thrush I had a sore come up, very quickly it went (2-3days) after using thrush cream.

Yesterday, I woke with 2 blister like things, I've not got any thrush symptoms.

They are sore when I wipe (TMI sorry!)

I've now come on too.

It's only 2, not excessively painful, just sore.

Is this what I think it is 😭😭

My only issue is, appointments won't be for 2-3 weeks where I am, meaning by the time I do arrive for the app, it'll be gone. They won't be able to test it or check it as it'll have healed

There's a good possibility you've had the herpes simplex virus in your system for a while (could even be years), as if an outbreak occurs after contracting it, it's withing a few days, and is VERY severe, not one or two sores.
Many people are the carriers and don't even realise, and then when run down it can cause an outbreak - sounds like you are a bit run down if you've had thrush too.
It's really not something to stress yourself out with - it's very common!

I haven't had an outbreak (not that I recall), all I currently have are 2 very very tiny skinless sores, nothing else is sore, it doesn't hurt when I wee.

How do I get tested for it if I have to have symptoms? Sad

Having two sores - that is an outbreak. But cos it's such a small outbreak that's what makes me think you may have had the virus a while and it's just showing as you're run down.
Is there a walk-in docs near you? If you can get to one they'll take swabs!

It could be, but normally the first ever outbreak of herpes is bloody excruciating and you don't seem to have had that so I'm not sure

Update: saw the doctor today, it's just sores I.E (tmi) I've wiped a lot in a short period of time & have caused the skin to break.

It's not Herpes! Grin
