Absent foot pulses

During my visit to spinal surgeon last week, after examination he mentioned about absent foot pulses. Rather than ask him about this, I concentrated on asking about my spinal stenosis and multiple disc herniations, only after wishing I had asked for more info on the missing pulses?

Any ideas what this could mean, and should I be worried?

Foot pulses can be notoriously difficult to feel by hand, I'm guessing your disc problems are in the lumbar region?
any other symptoms such as discolouration of lower legs, broken skin, dry skin, intermittent pain in legs at night or on walking any distance?

Thanks for replying SIB Disc problems are cervical & lumbar. My lower legs are purple/ red which has previously been diagnosed as raynauds, and prior to that, livedo reticalurosis. Always intermittent leg pain which is diagnosed as fibromyalgia. Walk with a stick, as also hip dysplasia.

I hag this last year. It was attributed to my Raynauds.
