Having weird symptoms... no idea whether I should be worried or whether they're connected...

I'm probably just run down and imagining things but thought I'd run it past the mn panel anyhow...

symptom 1: sudden warm flushes along the left backside, where the skiatica nerve would run/pinch. Not painful, just feels as if sun shining on jeans iykwim. No particular triggers as far as I can tell

symptom 2: pins and needles in left hand up to ellbow. Suspecting pinched nerve as that's the side I usually carry pork chop ds.

Anybody has had similar or am I just slowly going mental?

Could be the cycling. Sounds like a bit of nerve pain

that would explain the arm, but the 'warm bottom' I'm not sure LOL

I think I'm just weird LOL haven't cycled for the last 3 days but still get 'hot flushes'. A strange onset of menopause?
