Please diagnose my toes

Have been tested today for autoimmune illness due to fevers and feeling sore and tired.

Have just realised I have got swellings on feet I had always assumed were bunions but now wondering if my toe joints are swollen.

Can anyone tell? Please excuse my awful feet.

Your feet look very similar to mine. I'm pretty sure mine are bunions - they get worse if I wear heels for a prolonged period. I don't have any underlying illnesses so I presume it's just because I have wide feet that easily get squashed and misshapen.

Thsts what i thought but today just made me think.

Am glad if they are "Just" bunions.

Annoyingly I have never really worn heels and am Mrs sensible shoe wearer.

It's a very mysterious illness I hsve at moment so isnt at all certain it is autoimmune.

So am I, nowadays

I hope you get a diagnosis and some treatment soon, it sounds very draining.
