Face twitch

I have a face twitch and I don't know what triggers it. It's not completely involuntary as I know I'm doing it, it's like I have to do it.
I have to kind of nod my head and do a clicky breath in my chest and then blink. It's been really bad since having a baby 9 months ago so it could be related to lack of sleep, but it's been on and off since I was about 15.
I think it might have started off as an OCD thing- I had a phrase I had to say out loud and I don't know if this related?
Can anyone help? I've never spoken to anyone about it as I can't really explain it but I'm sure people have seen me do it and think I'm weird

A lot of facial twitches are related to stress/ tiredness. Lots are around the eye so it looks like you're winking, but they can be anywhere. I get them. I think vitamins can help but probably more in the sense of helping you not feel so run down.
