Does anyone else have 'sensitive' bowels? Possibly tmi

Just a thought....!

I have always had regular habits- once a day or twice is quite normal for me. I do sometimes have urgency though the stools are always formed. (TMI.)

Some days I can go 3 times a day- again, not loose but well formed and plenty of it.

I eat maybe 5-6 portions of fruit and veg a day (combined), as well as seeded bread, nuts, and probiotic yoghurt.

What I've noticed is my bowels overreact to too much fibre, especially nuts and pulses.

I don't have the pain of IBS or any feelings of wind, but I do sometimes feel that I 'go' too often even though it all looks normal.
