Need a little help about breasts

Hey,

On my right breast the nipple is so itchy but I keep leaking a clear fluid out of my right breast for a while now and the itching has only started has anyone had this before and knows what it could of been?

I don't mean to scare you but go to the doctors asap, anything to do with breast changes and nipple discharge needs to be seen by a professional.

Could be all kinds of things but it needs checking out by your GP as Buster said.
