Weird moving patch of sensative skin

Feels just like sunburn but it isn't.

It was by my knee a few days ago, then middle of my inner thigh and now it's the top outside of the same thigh?

Painful if my clothes rub on it or I even stroke my skin! Wtf is this? And ideas?

Start of shingles?

Is that how it starts? Most of the links I've read say the first sign is a rash?

In some cases shingles may cause some early symptoms that develop a few days before the painful rash first appears.

These early symptoms can include:

aheadache

burning, tingling, numbness or itchiness of the skin in the affected area

a feeling of being generally unwell

a high temperature (fever)

Sounds like it could be shingles, all on one side and I was headachy/sick a few days ago
