Urine leakage

Noticing this more and more. I have 3 children but they were all c section. Was sitting watching a show and noticed lots of wet in knickers. It was hot but it was clear it was urine. Happening when jogging and at night too, even when I've only had a glass or two of wine. I've felt bad pressure down below particularly during period and mid month. Anyone had similar symptoms- occasionally I feel sore in right kidney area.

There can be various causes. You could have an infection so go to your GP to be checked out. You may have overactive bladder which can be made worse by alcohol, fruit juices, l and tea and coffee- irritants. You may have stress incontinence - loads on the web about this. Talk to your GP and ask for a referral to a women's physio.
