Possibly Uterine caste or placenta ?

Hi
Posting for daughter 7 weeks post partum. Had surgery after the birth for placenta accreta where her placenta was stuck to her womb. Alls been fine but just now she found a 10p size piece or what looked like raw chicken in her undies she must have passed. No blood. Slight tummy cramps. No temperature.
No photo as she flushed it!
Any ideas please? I'm wondering if some placenta still there or uterine lining?

She needs to ring the maternity ward for advice. If she needs to been seen/scanned then they will arrange it.

I'm having the exact same thing 4 weeks postpartum. No blood just fleshy lumps. Unsure what it could be.
