if you hjeat it through (letting it boil gently despite instructions to contrary - it won't ruin taste) don't see why not.

JOSIE3 · 18/03/2007 17:37

it'll be fine

FlossALump · 18/03/2007 17:37

Most things seem to say on them to use within 3 days of opening - I'd be reluctant tbh! Although good on DD for wanting lentil soup!

noonar · 18/03/2007 17:38

ok, thats 2 yes and a no.

OP posts:
TrinityRhino · 18/03/2007 17:41

is it a tin? or a different container?

noonar · 18/03/2007 17:42

a plastic tub of organic soup, you know, like a giant yog pot.

TrinityRhino · 18/03/2007 17:43

dh reckons it should be ok, things left in tins aren't good but it's not tin and as long as you reheat to boiling should be fine

fryalot · 18/03/2007 17:45

Does it smell ok? Does it look ok? When you have heated it, have a little taste and see if it tastes as it should.

If it seems ok, it will be. It is lentil soup, if it was not ok, there would be something obvious.

noonar · 18/03/2007 17:45

thanks trinity. is dh an expert?

OP posts:
noonar · 18/03/2007 17:45

squonk, am gonna taste a bit. its heating now.

OP posts:
TrinityRhino · 18/03/2007 17:47

not an expert but I'm always really paranoid about this kind of thing so it's always dh that I ask about this sort of thing

noonar · 18/03/2007 17:54

ok, theyre eating it now, so no turning back!

OP posts:
fryalot · 18/03/2007 17:55

twill be fine.
