About ten days ago I woke up with laryngitis , a stiff neck and a huge feeling on pressure in neck and jaw but ( I have had the same thing before twice over the last year or so and have treated myself with left over amoxicillin bit this time did not have any. The gp suspected a dental issue but dentist givene clean bill of health.) Anyhow yesterday I suddenly got much worse very sore throat and fever of 39 degrees.
