Stitches after an op- TMI!

Hiya

I had an op to repair a prolapse as well as fit s sling thing below my bladder nearly 3 weeks ago. I've noticed the stitches are hanging down and I can feel them. I've also got a 'lump' hanging at the front whereas my prolapse was at the back. Has anyone experienced this? I'm worried something has gone wrong, can't get a Gp appointment until middle of June!

That sounds really uncomfortable for you 😔. Do you have an option to go back to the ward where you had your surgery?

Go to casualty and get them to look if you can't get a gp, don't leave it incase something has gone wrong
