Three day headache, feeling hot but no temp.

Should mention I'm about 13 weeks pregnant. Headache started early Friday and eased off on Saturday evening but its been steadily getting worse all day today. I'm also very hot and flustered feeling but have a normal temp of 36.38

Should I be worried? Could it be my blood pressure? I have a monitor at home but reluctant to use it as I do have a tendency to get myself worked up over my health xx

I have this. I think it's a virus going round. Feel very nauseous, dizzy, headache, extremely tired and a bit 'unreal' feeling. Feel hot in the face but no temp,
