I have had two rounds with these. Painful and can induce feeling quite poorly. Anyone else experienced kidney stones?

I've had one pass through and they did say they saw another one on a scan but that's not caused me any problems so far. The first one passing was horrendous. Went to a and e with the pain, ended up throwing up in the waiting room it was so bad. Eventually it passed and I was fine straight away.

I know people have it a lot worse, when reading up about it people can have them that are too big and have to get them removed Shock

Hi there.

I too had one that I think I passed as I managed to flush and break it down.

Horrendous for you. The pain is awful. Luckily mine did not bring on a urinary infection.

I think now it is still in my kidney. Pain in my flank and groin area. Drunk lots of water today and a couple of pain killers. Hopefully can get through without a trip to A&E. Started feeling a bit poorly yesterday at work.
