Calling all TN-ers. Do you get this...?

Because it does my head (face) in!

I'm good with my pain management mostly. 1800mg gabapentin keeps the attacks at bay and I can cope with grumbling ear ache/jaw ache/tooth ache type pains.

What really annoys me is that when I'm exercising, my body temp naturally raises and you sweat glow a bit to compensate. This lowers the actual temp of my skin.

Both sides of my face feel the same cool-ish temp when I touch them with my hands but one side feels normal and the TN side feels like a painful block of ice. Completely different to any of my triggered pain attacks, but not nice to endure. I end up looking like a numpty doing my zumba class with a hand on one side of my face half the time, warming up that side of my face.

Does anyone else get this or am I a freak ?

I can't help with this one because I never exercised with TN! Sorry!
