My mum (76) had a seizure out of the blue last week, a cat scan at the hospital did not show anything obvious and a lumber puncture was clear, she still feels a bit wobbly and is having a cardiac monitor on for 24 hours next week as she sometimes has a missed heart beat and feels a bit odd. I am trying not to worry but not succeeding very well, I was kind of assuming she would be around for another 20 years like her mother and grandmother! She doesn't have high blood pressure and is pretty fit, active and slim.
I don't know why I'm posting really, positive stories would be nice but I also feel a need to prepare for less positive outcomes...
