Stomach pains

Hi I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I've got pains all day. Its hasn't gone away its like really bad cramps and I've been vomiting all day aswell , is this normal? What should I do

Go to the Early Pregnancy unit at the hospital. They'll check your hormone levels.
