mouth ulcers

hi im a mum of 3 and work, feel xhausted all the time and every few months i get about 5 or 6 mouth ulcers, they go and im fine for a while then they come again with a vengence! currently using ambisol but anybody no any vitamins that will be good to take to try and boost my immune system or anything that might help

Try using a toothpaste that doesn't contain Sodium Lauryl Suplate (SLS) as they can cause the mucous lining to become weak and susceptible to ulcers . Off top of my head can't remember which ones don't have it -it states in the ingredients which do

Have you tried these? Used to be called Corlan tablets and are now available over the counter

Gengigel mouthwash is very good for clearing them up.
The fact you get them regularly might mean something else is going on, you might be anaemic for example. I find floradix very good when I'm run down.

They are a tiny tablet you put on the ulcer and they help heal them -Quite bitter but work well !

yes thanks for your comment! i will go to the chemist tomorrow and pick up some bits amd change my toothpaste! and maybe a doctors apntment if get them again

the orthodontist told me to swirl my mouth out with camomile tea! i made a Hmm face but surprisingly it worked

Difflam is best ever - provided when on chemo as you get loads of ulcers then. Miracle stuff.
