Endometriosis thread

Hi anyone else struggling with debilitating endometriosis what pain medication working for you am thinking of starting a thread / support chat let me no thanks

I actually found upping my exercise worked amazingly. I've since got lazy and the pains back and I know what a slog it's going to be to get back to where I was. It was baby steps last time but I felt such a difference. Also hypnotherapy is great I just googled it(actually hypnobirthing) but it has the same effect once you've mastered.
Plus good old paracetamol and a hot water bottle! Xx
