Help- migraine hell

I suffer from regular migraines, controlled with topiramate which I take daily and a triptan for when things get really bad. Normally the triptan will sort things out really quickly but this time I have had 2 days of absolute hell.

It's over the opposite eye to normal and even though I managed to go to work it was very difficult and I have been in bed in a darkened room feeling sick since.

I can't take any more triptan as have had 2 in the last 24 hours. Please advise! I'm getting desperate!

Not helpful right now but you need to see a doctor if it's abnormal .
I'm on the same regime as you and I have found that when all else fails soluble aspirin can help and also some Vicks / Olbas oil .
It's dreadful .

Could you try a different triptan next time? Some last longer than others.

No advice for this migraine though. Sending you lots of sympathy - sorry I can't actually help.

Thanks - will try the Vicks as I have some of that.

If no better tomorrow will make a doctor's appointment.
