Anyone medical about who could explain my dd's blood test results, please?

Haemoglobin normal range is 11.5 - 16.5 so thats fine

White Cells - normal range is 4.0 - 11.0 so again it's fine
Platelets - 140 - 440 is normal so thats fine too
