Breast abnormalities

Help, advice please.

Have noticed over last few months that on my right breast there is a very slight change in appearance, small indent/flat spot on nipple, Im 50 years old and not sure if this is down to age and change of shape/losing firmness or should I be more concerned, feel a bit apprehensive to seek medical help if its just a normal ageing think, does anyone out there have any similar issues?

You should go to your gp and get it checked out. ASAP as a precaution. I'm 41 and have been this morning as I have a lump under my arm. I've been referred for a mammogram and a biopsy. The sooner problems are identified (if there are any) the easier they are to treat
