Help!! Is this a UTI??

Yesterday I started getting a few sort of painful twinges in what felt like the urethra. Had them quite frequently, coming and going last night. Then today, I'm still getting these twinges but I'm also feeling the need to urinate all the time. It's not painful when I do though, just doesn't satisfy the feeling of needing to go (if that makes sense).

Could this be a UTI, even without the typical burning sensation?

Sounds like a UTI :(

Hope you're not feeling too bad, they are miserable things to put up with. I would down as much water as you can, or if you can get some, take a course of the cystitis sachets you can buy over the counter until you can get to the GP. Hope you're feeling better soon.

I never have the burning sensation when I have an uti but I do have your symptoms. Look like its a trip to the doctors. Hope it clears up fast
