Exercise really helps. Can you get out at lunchtime for a brisk walk?

It could. Have you been to the doctor? GPs can be really helpful about this kind of thing.

Magnesium. Take 400mg after your evening meal. Helps relax you, and can help sleep too.

Talking it out with a therapist was the only thing that helped me. That, plus exercise and other self care like not bringing work home, eating well, a not drinking too often. Does your employer have an employee assistance programme you can tap into? They can normally offer telephone counselling for free.

I feel for you, it's a horrible place to be and puts pressure on your other non work relationships. Hope you can find something to help you start feeling more yourself.Flowers

Valerian really works. Kalms night (4 tablets not once a day one) is pretty much just Valerian. If you google what a day time dose of Valerian for anxiety is it equates to about 1 tablet. Easy to get hold of from most big supermarkets and cheap.

Magnesium and zinc both help
