Herpes outbreak is this normal ???

Im on my second herpes outbreak ever, first one was 7 weeks ago.
i feel so unwell.
utterly exhausted
hands feel al arthritic, no strength in the,. cant clench.
have had a headache for days
glands up,
and an almighty flare of psoriasis where i cant even bend my elbows, and my lesions are spontaneously bleeding

is this normal??? OR has the herpes been triggered by me coming down with something?

All sounds normal (but extreme) except for the hands, but that's probably just because you're so run down.
You could make a gum clinic appt for good advice?

OR it could be something totally different so on second thoughts see a doctor!

Cold sore herpes or genital herpes? Cold sores tend to flare up if you are run down.

no its genital herpes, i think. im on aciclovir, just cant work out what came first! and i really dont want to go back to the doctor
