What's causing my pain?

I have had a shoulder, back and behind to my breasts pain (all on the right hand side) since January. The pain can radiate into my right arm.

the doctor says it's from using the computer and probably poor posture.

I've had some physio but it won't go away... it really hurts and I keep panicking I have lung cancer or something hideous... yep I'm a bit of a worrier....

Maintaining the same posture for hours at a time will do that.

When I went to an osteopath, he gave me a massage, gave me exercises to do and I became much more focussed on what I was doing with my affected shoulder.

I was routinely holding a heavy shopping bag on my 'weaker' arm as I used my good arm to eat amd drink on the run, hold a shopping basket or just holding on to another bag.

When I became more and more conscious of what I was doing, I was able to stop myself doing it and my shoulder improved.

You'd be stunned at what a little exercise and consciousness can do.
