Period pain! How many co codamol can I take at once?

I've got the worst period pain I've had in years. I had two co codamol at 8.30, and an aspirin. Would it really do me any harm to take another cocodomal? I can't take brufon as I'm allergic. The only other thing in the house is my migraine medication! Feel like I'm gonna vomit with the pain!

Take ibruprofen instead

You can't take more until 00:30 at the earliest. How much aspirin have you had? If you've just had one 300mg tablet, you can have another 2 I think (check the packet)

I just took the one aspirin. I had a bath and have a hot water bottle.
The ibrufon is not worth the allergy risk. It makes me feel very ill and I get swollen lips.
I just thought maybe one extra paracetamol wouldn't do too much harm.
I've had womb infections in the past but I had high temps with it.

Extra paracetamol is really really not worth the risk. It's one that you just don't mess with. If you'd had some codeine tablets you could probably have taken those, but you can't take extra paracetamol.

Take 2 more aspirin and then wait as long as you can before your next cocodamol. You can take them 4 hours apart, but can only take 4 doses in any 24 hour period, so you might be better spacing it out a little.
