Getting pissed off with myself...

I'm 38wk pregnant and just wondered if anyone has any tips or suggestions on what could help me.
I don't think its pregnancy related so didn't want to post there.

So for the past 2 days its like I've gone deaf in my left ear, similar annoyance to getting water in the ear or after being on a plane. It's like I have TV static in that ear, if that makes any sense.

I went to boots and got olive oil ear drops, obviously its the weekend so not going to ooh doctors as its more annoying than painful, although it is worse on a night.

Anyone have any idea if this is just a blocked ear, or if its something else?

Any tips on what I can do to hear properly again?

Im in for c section next week and don't think I can cope with this and that together.

Thank you x

I had something like that for months. Finally went to the GP, and it turned out to be fluid in my middle ear. GP gave me a steroid to spray up the nostril on the affected side, and it cleared up within a couple of weeks.

Thanks for replying, I didn't want to go doctors and waste their time or get looked at like im a crazy hormonal woman going on about static in ear if it was something daft/simple.
I'll give the docs a ring in morning.
I didn't realize we are still on Thursday, I've lost a day thinking its Friday night lol and docs were shut tomorrow.
Thanks
