Any experts here, what's this on my toe nail???

Health anxiety sufferer here and I don't want to waste the GP's time. Does anyone know what this is on my toe nail? I only have it on one nail and it's been there for around a week. Thank you.

It looks to me like minor damage to the nail. I get them when I've banged my toes. Doesn't look like anything to worry about.

Thank you! I have been to the GP about my health anxiety so following the steps I've been given to help with that. It's just, even the littlest thing gets me worried sick really appreciate your help.

My big toenail once went completely white after wearing Ill fitting shoes, then it fell off!
