Hi I am feeling rubbish today but a bit confused over whether it's hay fever or a cold. I've been feeling a bit weird for about a week and now have blocked nose with painful sinuses and sore throats with general feelings of not being 'with it'. I have been sneezing before this but not today no itchy eyes but drove past fields of yellow rapeseed flowers at the weekend and couldn't stop sneezing for the whole of the next day.
