Possible UTI?

For the past couple of days I have had the following symptoms which has worsened: dull achey pain on both sides of my back/abdomen, (sorry) cloudy, foul smelling urine, needing to wee a lot,severe nausea (hardly eaten) and weak/shaky feeling. Any ideas? Its definitely not an STI or pregnancy, but in exam season is unwelcome. Thanks Xx

I would say definite UTI and probable kidney infection given the back pain. I'm not a medical doctor though. You must be miserable!
I'd see your GP urgently tomorrow.

Just goes that way sometimes! Definitely not one to soldier on with, doesn't sound like it will clear up on its own.

For tonight try drinking plenty water, painkillers and hot water bottle. Hope you get it sorted tomorrow and feel better soon.
