mine's got a bit of a spotty bum/upper thighs at the mo. I put it down to doing lots of swimming/paddling lately..... sorry, not much help, Galaxy!

How old is she? if she is still in nappies, could it be a reaction to the gel they use in disposables (if some ogf the gel leaked out?) if she is at nursery or childminders, maybe she reacted to different brand of wet wipes?
