24+6 killed with heartburn nothing at all is helping please give me some suggestions!!!

Ranitidine/Zantac

omeprazole - best on presciption from GP

dont ignore it as the acid will damage your throat

I've tried gaviscon and peptac no relief. Im going to get rantidine today and see if it helps

You might want to take double the dose of ranitidine if you buy the cheapy supermarket kind as I think it's lower than that obtained by GP prescription .

Also make sure you eliminate physical aggravations like tight waistbands ,bra and sleep propped up .

Good luck and see GP if it persists .

I was prescribed 150mg ranitidine by the GP when I was pregnant. if you buy over the counter they only come in 75mg tablets so just take two.
