11 month old with diaorhea for 2 days - What to do?

My 11 month old has had diaorhea for the past couple of days and he also has a bit of cough and runny nose. Not so worried about what appears to be a cold, but am a bit concerned about his stomach? He is eating and drinking fine, so I'm not sure if I should take him to the doctor?

Have you phoned NHS Direct? They usually tell you whether or not to go to the doctor....

No, I haven't given him anything as yet, because he has already had Neurofen for his cold.
