Thought I'd share and this is not selling I promise. As a mom of 4 young kids I just had no energy. I was catching every virus under the sun and couldn't keep up with everything. Went to the dr for so many tests but started taking well woman plus 5 days ago.
Already I can notice a difference I finally have a bit more energy 😊
I haven't yet noticed what effect of any it will have on my periods as I suffer from extreme pmt and very heavy periods but I will keep an update if it's of use. Just wanted to share as I was so desperate for some help. I tried the Aldi version but I didn't notice as much of a difference than when I tried the well woman ultra ones. Hope it continues but will update.
