4 month old has lost her voice!

Our four month old DD has lost her voice over the course of today. She started out sounding a little bit croaky, but now we're getting near bed time, all she can do is make strange squealing noises and she doesn't seen her usual happy self. She's still trying hard to keep chatting, but it comes out sounding rather odd.
We've taken her temperature and all looks well and in other regards she seems fine.
Should we be worried? We've dosed her with Calpol anyway as this usually helps soften the symptoms of these general illnesses, but I'd love to hear from anyone else who has suffered from Croaky Baby Syndrome.
Thanks,
Daern

Sorry - I didn't see this yesterday. How is she today? I haven't had this personally but this will serve as a bump for you...
