Lump on eye?

Hi I have had very itchy eyes over the last few weeks, now I have developed a little lump on my eye near the tear duct, anyone any idea what it could be?

Stye, cyst, granuloma? Trip to optician or pharmacy might be required in order to determine exactly. Hard to offer causes without a picture.

Is it on the eyelid next to the tear duct? If it is it could be a stye. Try a warm compress and massaging the area.

Thanks guys I have bought some eyedrops from chemist if it doesnt clear I will go to the optician.
