STI?!?

I'm so embarrassed to even post this!
Can anybody here shed any light on STI symptoms ??
Last few days I've had frequency/urge to urinate - no other symptoms other than a slight feeling of irritation down below. Am currently on my period but have not had any funny discharge/smells etc.
I'm panicking as I've STUPIDLY slept with my new partner without condoms a few times (don't flame me)
Obviously I'm going to the doctors asap

I always seem to get a bit of a water infection when I've just started sleeping with a new partner.

If there aren't any other symptoms then I shouldn't start worrying too much.
Go to the clinic and get tested for peace of mind and they can give you a load of free condoms while your there.

Thanks Stef. I'm really hoping it may just be something like that. He's the first person I've slept with since my last LTR so I'd be pretty unlucky but know these things happen - would be just my luck!

It could be bacteria infection/thrush or a urinary tract infection. Both easily treated.

Sounds like a touch of cystitis to me. Too much vigorous shagging!
